Simo Pizza Brooklyn 

SIMÒ Pizza Brooklyn continues the brand identity created by B-KD for SIMÒ Pizza's flagship location in University Place, extending it to its new Brooklyn location. At the center of the space is the wood-paneled Kiosk, which centers on the idea of cooking as performance, with an open kitchen that invites guests to the ritual of pizza-making. The geometric wood detailing, inspired by the SIMÒ logo, adds depth and rhythm to the kiosk's façade.

Banquet seating surrounds the perimeter of the space, providing an informal, comfortable, and flexible seating arrangement for customers. The remainder of the space is left untouched, preserving the high ceiling and exposing the building's original construction. The result provides a refined casual dining experience.

Overhead, a canopy of diagonal string lights evokes the atmosphere of an outdoor Piazza, transforming the dining room into a lively social gathering place. B-KD worked with a traditional ceramic tile vendor in Istanbul to create custom pattern tiles, inspired by  SIMÒ   Pizza’s logo, to highlight the brand’s attention to craftsmanship in both Neapolitan pizza-making and design.
