Lower East Side Galleries

Since 2012, our studio competed several art galleries, exhibition spaces, and artist studios. In this body of work, our focus is on modernist architectural concerns: scale, proportions, light, materiality, detail, and the dialogue between existing spaces and new conditions. B-KD strives to create gallery spaces that stand out in their own right by revealing elements of the existing structure through the use of light and the incorporation of fleeting, ephemeral materials and details.

Throughout the years, B-KD has created spaces for CRG Gallery, On Stellar Rays, Helena Anrather, and Arsenal Contemporary in the Lower East Side.
