Lower East Side Galleries

Since 2012, our studio competed several art galleries, exhibition spaces and artist studios. On this series of work, our concentration is on modernist issues of architecture: scale, proportions, light, materiality, details and a dialogue between existing space and new conditions. We thrive for each space not to be just a white cube but to stand out in it's own right with exposing elements of existing space, with the use of light and with incorporation of fleeting ephemeral materials and/or details. 

Throughout the years, B-KD has created spaces for CRG Gallery, On Stellar Rays, Helena Anrather, and Arsenal Contemporary in Lower East Side.
