Buro renovated a 15,000 industrial space in Industry City for French advertisement agency- Force Majeure. In order to create a unique and impactful design within the limited budget, the design kept 2/3 of the space open/ untouched for studio and gallery space. A be-spoke box was created at the center to accommodate programs that require enclosure; meeting rooms, private offices, model shop and photo studio. The result is a concrete sculptural piece at the center that defines major programs around it as well as accommodate all needed programs within.
